Dr. Swami completed his Nephrology Fellowship at Temple University Hospital in 2011, following his Residency and Internship in Internal Medicine at Beaumont Hospital. His medical training began in India at the prestigious All-India Institute of Medical Sciences and Rajasthan University Sardar Patel Medical College, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD).

Dr. Saleem earned his medical degree from Ayub Medical College, University of Peshawar in 2006. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Ascension Providence Hospital in 2013, followed by fellowships in Nephrology and Renal Medicine at Ascension St. John Hospital in 2015 and 2016.

Patricia is affiliated with Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak and works closely with the team at Kidney Specialists of Michigan to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

She graduated with honors in 2001 and has extensive experience collaborating with physicians and specialists in nephrology to help patients manage kidney disease and related conditions.
